Plates Neighborhood Kitchen is a place you will want to consider, especially for a date night. The food is great. The outside seating is very pleasant. The location lends itself to dinner and, afterwards, a stroll a down Glenwood South for a drink.

If you’re up for brunch, Plate has you covered for that, too; everyday except Monday, 10:30 am until 2:30 pm.

The menu is varied. The June menu features small plate like crab and scallop fritters and beef tartare, as well as main dishes such as filet au poivre and fried chicken.
